Our crawlers refresh credit union website data daily. Rate data is typically updated within 24 hours of a change on the source website.
Which credit unions are covered?expand_more
CUCrwl covers all 4,287 federally insured credit unions in the United States, as listed in the NCUA database.
How does "my" pronoun resolution work?expand_more
When you complete onboarding and set your credit union, CUCrwl understands "my" in your queries. For example, "How do my auto loan rates compare?" will use your CU as the reference point.
What data sources does CUCrwl use?expand_more
We crawl credit union websites directly, pull NCUA Call Report data, CFPB complaint data, app store listings (Apple & Google Play), and social media profiles.
Can I export data?expand_more
Yes! Use the /export command in chat to download your conversation as a PDF. You can also export CU detail views from the Explorer page.
What are the query limits?expand_more
Basic plan: 50 queries/day. Pro plan: 200 queries/day. Enterprise: unlimited. Your current usage is visible in Settings.
